For multi-location dental, HVAC, medspa & franchise operators · Twilio & GoHighLevel senders

Get your A2P 10DLC Brand & Campaign approved — before another week of silent texts.

Send us your rejection notice, or just your website and sample messages. We send back a released Approval Completeness Pack: a rejection-code-cited gap scorecard, a redlined privacy-policy SMS clause, a drafted message flow and sample-message set, and a CSP submission checklist — reviewed and released by a registration analyst, with SHAFT-prohibited use cases declined outright and any genuine legal question referred to your own outside counsel.

The stakes

A rejected Campaign isn't a paperwork gap. It's a text that never arrives.

Unregistered or rejected A2P 10DLC traffic doesn't land in spam — it doesn't land at all. Appointment reminders, review requests, and lead follow-up silently stop, and most operators blame their marketing before they check their registration status. Each rejection costs another vetting fee and another week of delay while the real cause goes unaddressed.

Privacy policy missing the SMS clause

Error 30908 fires when your privacy policy never mentions text messaging at all — no non-sharing language, no frequency disclosure, no STOP instructions.

Message flow never written down

Error 30909 means carriers can't verify how someone opts in or what they'll receive — a gap that has nothing to do with whether your texting program is legitimate.

EIN name doesn't match your website

A mismatch between your legal name and what's on your site or CSP submission is an easy miss that quietly blocks approval.

What leaves the room

One released Approval Completeness Pack, per Brand + Campaign.

Not a dashboard you have to operate. A finished, dated, source-cited pack you or your CSP can submit with confidence.

Gap scorecard

A line-by-line comparison of the Twilio/TCR rejection-code checklist against what evidence actually exists on your site, with the exact code cited on every row.

Redlined privacy clause

A drafted SMS section for your privacy policy — non-sharing, frequency, rates-may-apply, and STOP language — ready for your own publication.

Message flow & sample messages

A drafted message flow plus 3–5 compliant sample messages matched to your registered use case.

Rejection root-cause analysis

If you've already been rejected, a plain-language breakdown of exactly which code fired and why, mapped to the fix.

CSP submission checklist

The exact fields you or your CSP will submit — no guessing which box to fill in.

Dated Evidence Index

A versioned index of every source page, screenshot, and document behind the pack, ready the next time you add a location.

How it works

From upload to released pack.

1

Free SMS Gap Scan

Submit your website URL and any rejection notice. Get a scored preview — not a guarantee of approval, not a released pack — so you can see where you stand before you pay anything.

2

Evidence intake

Send the rest: EIN and legal name, sample messages, your intended use case, and any prior rejection notice.

3

SHAFT & debt-collection screen

Every intake is screened first. Prohibited use cases (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco, and similar) and any consumer or personal debt-collection sender are declined outright — no pack, no exception.

4

AI extraction & rejection-code match

Your privacy policy, message samples, and EIN data are checked against the Twilio/TCR rejection-code checklist — codes 30908, 30909, 30932, 30933, and legal-name consistency.

5

Analyst release or counsel referral

A registration analyst releases every eligible pack. A genuine TCPA, HIPAA, or legal-name question pauses the pack for your own outside counsel — we never render that opinion ourselves.

6

Delivery & resubmit

Your Approval Completeness Pack and Evidence Index ship. If you were already rejected, your included resubmit cycle covers the follow-up review after you resubmit.

Our approval-completeness guarantee — and what we don't guarantee

Every hard gap in your pack cites a Twilio/TCR rejection code or is logged as an explicit gap — never guessed, never invented.

We don't guarantee carrier approval. That depends on carrier and TCR discretion and your own use case, neither of which our documentation controls. We are never paid on contingency for an approval outcome or a fee avoided.

Proof, as it happens

We're not going to invent case studies we don't have yet.

These slots fill in as our first pilot cohort ships — honestly, not with placeholders dressed up as results.

Pending pilot 1

Average Approval Completeness Pack cycle time will appear here once our first 8-pack pilot cohort ships.

Pending pilot cohort

Pending expansion

Additional CSP coverage beyond Twilio and GoHighLevel will be listed here as each provider's checklist library ships.

FAQ

The questions we actually get asked.

Do you replace our CSP (Twilio, Telnyx, Bandwidth, Vonage)?
No. Your CSP is who your Brand and Campaign are actually registered through, and that relationship stays yours. We own proving the registration is complete against the published rejection-code checklist before you submit — we are not a CSP and don't operate as one.
What if our use case is a prohibited (SHAFT) category?
We decline the engagement outright — no pack, no exception, regardless of price offered. Sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco, and similarly prohibited use cases are hard-blocked at intake, before any drafting work begins. The same is true for consumer or personal debt collection.
Do you guarantee we'll get approved?
No. We guarantee registration-documentation completeness against the rejection codes we cite. Carrier and TCR approval depends on their own discretion and your use case, neither of which we control or can promise.
How is this different from GoHighLevel's or Twilio's built-in wizard?
The wizard hands you a form and leaves the privacy-policy and message-flow content gaps to you. We hand you a released Approval Completeness Pack — the drafting, the gap-scoring, and the citation work are done.
What if we get rejected again after resubmitting?
The Rejection Remediation Pack includes one resubmit cycle: send us the new rejection notice and we update the gap scorecard and drafted fixes at no additional charge under that cycle.
Is this legal advice?
No. CampaignClear is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We provide registration-readiness support. Where a genuine TCPA, HIPAA, or legal-name question arises, we refer you to your own outside counsel — we never render that opinion ourselves. See the compliance note below.

Compliance

Where the line sits.

CampaignClear provides registration-readiness support. We extract, classify, and gap-score your evidence against published Twilio/TCR rejection codes, and we draft a privacy-policy SMS clause, a message flow, and sample messages for your own publication and submission — we do not operate as a Campaign Service Provider (CSP), do not represent The Campaign Registry or any carrier, do not practice law, and do not guarantee carrier approval.

SHAFT-prohibited use cases and any consumer or personal debt-collection sender are declined outright, before any drafting work begins — this is a hard block, not a judgment call made case by case. Where a genuine TCPA consent-validity, HIPAA, or legal-name question arises, we refer you to your own outside counsel; we never engage counsel on your behalf and never render that opinion ourselves.
