Responsible buyer
Target buyer ICP: Regional grocery / specialty food / cold-storage / refrigerated DC operators with 8–80 locations (beachhead 12–40), at least one commercial refrigeration or IPR appliance likely ≥1,500 lb HFC full charge, no dedicated refrigerant-compliance FTE. Economic buyer: VP/Director of Facilities or Refrigeration; VP Operations; Controller/CFO on CAPEX ALD projects; sometimes EHS/Sustainability lead. Champion: Facilities coordinator / refrigeration supervisor drowning in vendor PDFs.
