How to score the settlement

Mark a control demonstrated only when you can name the exact record, owner, period, and current evidence. Do not paste lease text, statement values, or confidential records into this public worksheet.

  1. The property, face or cluster, operator, and authorized client role are named.
  2. The signed lease and all rent-affecting amendments are identified.
  3. The settlement period and statement cadence are frozen.
  4. The minimum guarantee, percentage, revenue definition, and stated exclusions are located without interpreting them.
  5. Every expected statement is present or listed as missing.
  6. Available advertiser, occupancy, allocation, deduction, and payment support is inventoried without assuming a right to receive it.
  7. Source and derived values are distinctly labelled.
  8. Every conflict or unsupported item has an owner and next action.
  9. Notice, audit, cure, and renewal dates are visible for client and counsel decisions.
  10. A qualified human is authorized to review and release the exact Truth Pack.
Interpretation: 0–3 demonstrated = bind the lease set first; 4–7 = run a bounded evidence-completeness sprint; 8–10 = validate sources and professional boundaries before relying on the calculation.
