AgReliefClear — Farm Disaster & Crop-Loss Claims Completeness Pack Engine

Agriculture / federal disaster-program documentation

Audience

row-crop and specialty-crop farm operators (200-3,000+ acres) with a 2023-2024 weather-related crop loss

Problem

A farm took a 2023 or 2024 weather-related loss that crop insurance didn't fully cover, and the operator has no time during harvest season to chase it. Under SDRP Stage 2, the farm may be owed federal relief on top of any insurance payment — but claiming it requires filing FSA-504 with FSA-578 acreage records, AD-1026 certification, CCC-901/902 entity documentation, and (for high-AGI-from-farming operators) FSA-510, all lined up correctly before August 12, 2026. Farm-operated software ages nothing and files nothing; it never assembles any of that. Get one form wrong and FSA sends the whole packet back for incompleteness.

Offer

On AgReliefClear, farm operators stop guessing at SDRP Stage 2 and start filing packs. Send us the farm's yield records, insurance policy summary, and acreage report; AI extracts and normalizes the eligibility profile and amounts, we run the multi-program eligibility screen, deterministic rules check every required field and the filing window, and an agricultural-loss documentation specialist releases a Completeness Pack — filing-ready — in five business days. FSA-211-authorized filing on every pack; agricultural legal counsel referral for any NAD appeal.

  {
"body": "AI drafts the eligibility memo and populates FSA-504 and required supporting forms from your structured data. Deterministic code — not a language model — confirms every required field is present, ties the claimed loss to your own records, sets the filing-window deadline, and screens for AGI-eligibility and multi-entity structure gaps.",
"title": "Draft and score in deterministic rules"

Evidence status

Identity · verified

Operating entity declared: Your Deputy, Obuke LLC, 924 W 23rd St., Erie, PA 16502 (support@yourdeputy.com); AgReliefClear is its service brand.

Trust boundary · verified

Public page is a validation microsite for a documentation-support service; not a law firm, not a licensed insurance adjuster, and not a USDA/FSA representative.

SEO integrity · verified

No fabricated review, rating, or aggregateRating schema; no unclaimed-funds dollar figure without primary-source support (the blueprint's original $10.3B figure was retired this build after fresh verification — see area 'Market figure revision' below). A Service/Organization node is emitted and is permitted because it reflects the real operating entity (Your Deputy, Obuke LLC).

Market figure revision · verified

The source blueprint's headline "$10.3B unclaimed under Stage 2" (from an April 2026 AgWeb article) is stale as of this build. On Apr 24, 2026 USDA doubled the SDRP payment factor from 35% to 70%; the Farm CPA Report (Apr 27, 2026, same expert cited in the blueprint) recalculates implied Stage 1 disbursement at ~$13.4B of the $16.09B total allocation, materially shrinking the pool available for Stage 2. No primary USDA/FSA source states a current precise Stage-2-remaining figure.

Licensing boundary · verified

AgReliefClear never adjusts an insured crop loss (a state-licensed crop/independent adjuster's exclusive function) and never guarantees an FSA or insurance payment outcome.
