No timed or data-dependent task
The educational checklist has no time limit, account, login, personal field, upload, or submission. Reloading resets it.
Known boundary
External NYC pages and PDFs are controlled by their publishers. Their accessibility must be assessed on the live official source.
Continuous review
Accessibility defects found during governed verification block release until corrected or explicitly documented with an approved alternative.
