Claim standard
Every material public claim needs an official source, checked-on date, scope, limitation, evidence state, and responsible reviewer. Unsupported or conflicting claims stay unresolved.
Review process
The operator preserves the challenged version, checks source authority and currency, records the decision and reason, and routes reserved professional questions to an appropriate reviewer.
Possible dispositions
A claim may be confirmed, clarified, corrected, time-bounded, marked disputed, or withdrawn. Material changes receive a new version and evidence record.
Current source snapshot
