- We do not practice law, provide lien advice, or prosecute change-order or delay claims. We do not offer professional-engineering design or entitlement opinions and do not stamp drawings.
- We do not take contingency or recovery-percentage fees, and we do not guarantee GC approval of any change order.
- We never auto-submit to a GC portal on your behalf in this program — you review, attest, and upload, so accountability stays with the party to the contract.
