The problem

Supplements are the norm now. Documentation time isn't.

45–90 minutes per pack, if it happens at all

Photo-to-line mapping, OEM procedure lookups, narratives, attachments — your estimator does it between writing jobs, or it doesn't get done and the supplement line gets denied for "insufficient documentation."

The car sits while the file goes quiet

Non-DRP first responses averaged 4.2 days in CIC panel data — some carriers 6–8 days. Every quiet day is rental cost, a stuck bay, and a customer survey writing itself.

Software you bought but nobody runs

Claims co-pilots and gap scanners help shops that log in every day. If nobody owns the workflow, the subscription renews and the packs still don't get built. We're not another login — we're the finished pack.

What you get

A release-ready Evidence Pack, scored before it ships

Photo-to-line map

Every supplement line cross-referenced to the photos that prove it. A remote adjuster can verify without emailing you for "more pictures."

OEM citation appendix

Every not-included operation cited to the OEM document and section — pulled from your licensed procedure sources. Our hard rule: no cite, no send.

Narrative + completeness score

Cause → operation → OEM basis → consequence, per supplement line. Packs release at 85/100 or better, or we rewrite them free.

Managed chase

Status requests at 24/48/72 hours under your letterhead, then a written supervisor escalation. Every touch logged until you have a response or a written denial.

Completeness score — the badge on every pack. Below 85, it doesn't ship.

How it works

Teardown to carrier-ready in four business hours

Send the job

Secure link: CCC ONE / Mitchell estimate export, teardown photos, VIN, carrier, RO#, and your draft supplement lines. Missing something? You get an itemized gap notice within 30 minutes — not a surprise tomorrow.

We build and score the pack

Photo-to-line mapping, OEM citations from your procedure sources, narratives, scan and sublet attachments — assembled and completeness-scored, then reviewed and released by a collision documentation specialist. Structural, calibration, and high-dollar supplement lines wait for your estimator's e-approval before anything moves.

You submit, we chase

The pack goes to the carrier from your accounts, under your letterhead. We run the 24/48/72-hour follow-up cadence and the written-denial request so the file never goes quiet — and you never wonder whose turn it is.

FAQ

Straight answers

Are you a public adjuster? Do you negotiate with the insurance company?
No, and no. SuppPack Clear works only for repair facilities, assembling documentation and running follow-up logistics under the shop's letterhead. We never represent vehicle owners, never negotiate claim value, and never guarantee what a carrier will pay. Your estimator keeps sole authority over every supplement line and every submission.
Do you replace my estimating system or my estimator?
Neither. You keep CCC ONE or Mitchell and your credentials; we work from your exports. Your estimator approves all structural, calibration, and high-dollar supplement lines before a pack releases — that authority stays in your building. We remove the assembly-and-chase labor, not the judgment.
Where do the OEM citations come from?
From procedure sources your shop already licenses (your OEM portal access or procedure PDFs you provide). We never use pirated procedure content, and any supplement line we can't support with a citation and photo evidence doesn't ship — we'll tell you why.
What if I ask you to add a line the evidence doesn't support?
We'll decline, in writing, and explain what evidence would change that. Every pack we release carries our name into your carrier relationships; unsupported supplement lines protect neither of us.
What happens with my customers' data?
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per shop, kept for 24 months (or deleted earlier at your request), and never used to train third-party AI models. A data processing addendum comes with every agreement.
How fast is "4 business hours" really?
The clock starts at complete intake — estimate export, minimum photo set, VIN, carrier info, and your draft supplement lines. If anything's missing you get an itemized gap notice within 30 minutes, so the clock is never a mystery. Median target is under 4 business hours; complex structural rebuttals may take longer and we say so up front.
