Institutional policy

Privacy

What this public site collects, what must stay out of it, and how a verified secure workflow must be separated.

Version 1.0Effective 2026-07-26Owner: Your Deputy, Obuke LLC
Public-site policy: This policy applies to this public website. Secure processing and client-workspace terms are supplied in writing when an engagement is accepted. Executed service terms control an accepted engagement.

Public-site collection

The public fit-request form prepares an email in the visitor's own mail application. It asks for organization, work role, work email, a service need, and non-sensitive context. The page does not itself transmit or store the form in a QueueClear database.

Data that must not be submitted

Do not submit protected records, personal financial information, credentials, secrets, or other confidential client material through this public site or ordinary email. If an engagement is accepted, minimum-necessary intake must use a separately configured, access-tested, retention-controlled secure channel.

Analytics and cookies

This page records first-party interaction names in the browser dataLayer for quality measurement. No third-party analytics or advertising tracker runs on this public page. If analytics tooling changes, its processors, cookies, purposes, retention, and opt-out controls will be disclosed before collection.

Retention, access, and deletion

Public inquiries must be retained only as long as needed to evaluate and document the inquiry, subject to an approved retention schedule and applicable obligations. Access, correction, deletion, or export requests may be sent to hello@yourdeputy.com. Identity and authority must be verified before acting.

Protected and regulated records

This public site is not a protected or regulated record intake channel. Disclosure authority, minimum-necessary handling, and applicable professional or contractual requirements must be evaluated for the exact engagement.

Changes and questions

Material policy changes receive a new version and effective date. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to hello@yourdeputy.com with no sensitive records attached.
