Disclosures and evidence limits
Current public claims, their sources, and the commercial and professional claims DROPClear refuses to make.
Source-dated process statements
As checked on 2026-08-02, official sources describe an August 1, 2026 processing start and access at least once every 45 calendar days. The regulator's account page publishes a 2026 annual registration fee of $6,000 plus its disclosed payment-processing fee. These are public context, not a conclusion for any entity.
Penalty statement
The regulator overview states a $200-per-day per-request penalty for failure to delete as required. DROPClear does not calculate exposure, interpret applicability, or promise avoidance.
No proof claims
No client, demand, pricing, savings, return, conversion, revenue, acceptance, compliance, deletion, timing, or performance evidence is published.
Historical blueprint
The source blueprint is preserved for provenance. Its portal, data-processing, filing, representation, pricing, market, and outcome proposals are not the approved public offer.
