How to score the cycle

Mark a control demonstrated only when the school can name the record, owner, cadence, and current evidence. Do not upload or copy student data into this worksheet.

Assessment scope: This ten-control detailed scorecard expands the seven-control full diagnostic and the five-control homepage quick triage.

  1. Every scholarship student resolves to one current roster record and program.
  2. Every award has a source, amount, period, and school-side owner.
  3. Invoices can be separated into not created, submitted, blocked, rejected, deleted, and accepted.
  4. Every parent or program approval has a due state, reminder route, and escalation owner.
  5. Payments can be matched to the exact award and invoice without overwriting a mismatch.
  6. Deposits are reconciled to payer files and the school ledger.
  7. Every open exception has a source, dollar exposure, owner, deadline, and next action.
  8. Rule citations are dated and rechecked before they drive an engagement decision.
  9. A named human reviews and authorizes each client-facing action list or report.
  10. Quarter-close records retain versions, corrections, and unresolved limitations.
Interpretation: 0–3 demonstrated = stabilize ownership first; 4–7 = operate a bounded exception sprint; 8–10 = validate the evidence behind each control before relying on it.
