Scope

  1. The business, school, program, period, and record population match the accepted engagement.
  2. The intended recipient and allowed use are written.
  3. No out-of-scope licensed conclusion is embedded in the deliverable.

Evidence

  1. Material statements are linked to current sources or visibly unresolved.
  2. Conflicting states remain in the exception register.
  3. Dollar totals reconcile to the named source set.
  4. Sample or illustrative records cannot be mistaken for client evidence.

Release

  1. The reviewer is authorized and independent from any incompatible role.
  2. The exact version and timestamp are retained.
  3. Distribution is limited to approved users and channels.
  4. The correction, withdrawal, retention, and deletion paths are active.
