Corrections

Public source and copy corrections follow a source-first, review-bound process.

Correction record

A responsible operator records the public URL, exact statement, proposed correction, official supporting source, source status, checked-on date, and reason inside the governed repository—not through this public site.

Review sequence

1. Block a materially unsafe or unsupported statement.
2. Verify the current primary source and its status.
3. Update the source map and exact public bytes.
4. Obtain distinct independent and professional-boundary review of the changed bytes.
5. Release through the signed whole-site path and preserve supersession evidence.

There is no public correction intake, email form, attachment path, or data submission mechanism in this release.
