Corrections & publication policy
How public claims are sourced, reviewed, corrected, versioned, and withdrawn.
Claim standard
Every material public claim should identify its source, checked-on date, scope, evidence state, and responsible reviewer. Unsupported or conflicting claims remain visibly unverified and cannot be promoted into proof.
Requesting a correction
Email hello@yourdeputy.com with the page URL, exact statement, proposed correction, supporting source, and your relationship to the subject. Do not attach sensitive client or student records through ordinary email.
Review and disposition
The operator acknowledges the request, preserves the challenged version, checks the source and authority, records a decision and rationale, and routes professional questions to the appropriate qualified reviewer.
Correction states
A claim may be confirmed, clarified, corrected, time-bounded, marked disputed, or withdrawn. Material changes receive a version, effective date, reviewer identity or role, and reason. Prior versions remain in the retained audit record.
Urgent harm and security
A credible privacy, security, safety, or materially misleading claim may be temporarily withdrawn while reviewed. This does not erase the evidence or decision history.
Current publication state
This policy set is version 1.0, effective 2026-07-26. This policy applies to this public website. Secure processing and client-workspace terms are supplied in writing when an engagement is accepted.
