An allowed category is recorded. Content is not collected or evaluated.

The state opens an administrative question; it does not imply a legal defect.

- A notice, plan record, employer fact, contribution record, controlled-group detail, financial or personal information, credential, date, amount, or other matter content appears.
- A request asks for interpretation, withdrawal or liability determination, date arithmetic, timeliness, calculation, exemption or challenge screening, recommendation, drafting, filing, plan contact, arbitration, or representation.
- An official source is missing, withdrawn, superseded, materially changed, or lacks exact lineage.
- Retained ERISA counsel, a qualified pension actuary, or the named release owner is absent for a matter-specific handoff.
- An actor attempts to approve their own work or an approval does not bind the exact candidate.
- Distribution, retention, correction, supersession, or withdrawal controls are missing.
No date arithmetic
Dates stay with retained counsel.
WithdrawalGuard may record the access date of a public authority source. It does not accept matter dates, subtract or add periods, render countdowns, trigger reminders, decide timeliness, select a forum, or characterize the statute’s 120-day language as a plan-sponsor response deadline.
Urgent and matter-specific timing questions must go directly to separately retained ERISA counsel. Nothing on the public site pauses, extends, protects, or determines a period.
