Institutional policy
Accessibility
The conformance target, feedback path, known constraints, and remediation commitment for this experience.
Conformance target
The public experience targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It is designed for keyboard operation, visible focus, semantic headings, labelled controls, sufficient contrast, responsive reflow, reduced-motion preferences, and text enlargement without loss of core content.
Testing approach
Release checks cover keyboard paths, navigation state, form labels and errors, mobile overflow, zoom and reflow, reduced motion, browser console state, and deterministic content verification. Automated checks support but do not replace human usability review.
Known limitations
External source sites and a user's mail application are outside this site's control. The illustrative control-room table may require horizontal scrolling on a narrow viewport; it is placed in a labelled, keyboard-focusable region.
Accommodation and feedback
To request content in another usable format or report a barrier, email hello@yourdeputy.com. Include the page, task, assistive technology if relevant, and preferred response method, but do not include sensitive records.
Remediation
Accessibility reports are triaged by severity, reproduced, assigned, corrected, retested, and recorded in the correction history. A material unresolved barrier blocks release of the affected workflow.
