Privacy

What this public site collects, what must stay out of it, and how a verified secure workflow must be separated.

Version 1.0Effective 2026-07-26Owner: Your Deputy, Obuke LLC
Public-site policy: This policy applies to this public website. Secure processing and client-workspace terms are supplied in writing when an engagement is accepted. Executed service terms control an accepted engagement.

Public-site collection

WithdrawalGuard has no public form, upload, account, or client intake. Its pages do not ask visitors to enter matter facts or contact details, and the public site does not transmit or store visitor-submitted fields in a WithdrawalGuard database.

Data that must not be submitted

Do not submit notices, plan records, employer or contribution data, controlled-group information, financial or personal information, credentials, dates, amounts, or other matter content through this public site or ordinary email. If an engagement is accepted, minimum-necessary intake must use a separately configured, access-tested, retention-controlled secure channel.

Analytics and cookies

WithdrawalGuard does not write browser dataLayer events, set site cookies, or load third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting provider may process standard security and access logs. If public-site analytics changes, processors, cookies, purposes, retention, and opt-out controls will be disclosed before collection.

Retention, access, and deletion

Because this public site has no form or account, it creates no WithdrawalGuard inquiry record. A message a visitor voluntarily sends through their own email service is separate from this website and must be retained only as long as needed under an approved schedule. Access, correction, deletion, or export requests may be sent to hello@yourdeputy.com; identity and authority must be verified before acting.

Notices, plan records, employer data, dates, and amounts

This public site is not a notice, plan-record, employer-data, financial, personal, credential, date, amount, or matter-content intake channel. WithdrawalGuard performs no date arithmetic and no legal or actuarial analysis.

Changes and questions

Material policy changes receive a new version and effective date. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to hello@yourdeputy.com with no sensitive records attached.
