Terms of public-site use

The boundaries for using this informational site and requesting a scoped service review.

Version 1.0Effective 2026-07-26Owner: Your Deputy, Obuke LLC
Public-site policy: This policy applies to this public website. Secure processing and client-workspace terms are supplied in writing when an engagement is accepted. Executed service terms control an accepted engagement.

Informational scope

This site describes a metadata-only professional handoff readiness service for authorized Pennsylvania-headquartered employer representatives working with separately retained ERISA counsel and a qualified pension actuary. It is not a service agreement, guarantee, eligibility determination, entitlement decision, professional opinion, or promise of a result.

No licensed advice or automated final decision

WithdrawalGuard is a metadata-only administrative handoff-readiness service operated by Your Deputy, Obuke LLC. It is not a law firm, actuarial firm, plan administrator, arbitrator, or representative and does not provide legal, tax, actuarial, financial, or other licensed professional advice. It does not interpret a notice, determine withdrawal or liability, calculate dates or amounts, screen exemptions or challenges, recommend action, draft, file, contact a plan, commence arbitration, or represent any party. Retained ERISA counsel and a qualified pension actuary must make all matter-specific judgments, and a named human must review and release every handoff. Do not submit notices, plan records, employer data, financial or personal information, credentials, dates, amounts, or other matter content through this public site. Automation may organize declared inputs and prepare exceptions, but a qualified human must review and authorize every released deliverable.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully, do not test or circumvent security controls, do not misrepresent identity or authority, and do not submit data you lack authority to disclose. Consumer or personal debt matters are outside the accepted service boundary.

Engagement and commercial terms

A public inquiry does not create a client relationship. Each displayed price applies only to its stated service boundary. Final scope, roles, data handling, fees, service levels, ownership, confidentiality, governing terms, and termination rights must appear in an executed agreement.

Content and availability

Sources may change and the site may be corrected, suspended, or withdrawn. No uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or outcome is promised. Material claims require dated source support and human review.

Intellectual property and contact

The site and its original operating materials may not be presented as another provider's work. Client-owned data and engagement-specific rights are governed by the executed agreement. Questions may be sent to hello@yourdeputy.com.
