Public-site policy: This policy applies to this public website. Secure processing and client-workspace terms are supplied in writing when an engagement is accepted. Executed service terms control an accepted engagement.

Operator and service boundary

WithdrawalGuard is presented as an operational service operated by Your Deputy, Obuke LLC. WithdrawalGuard is a metadata-only administrative handoff-readiness service operated by Your Deputy, Obuke LLC. It is not a law firm, actuarial firm, plan administrator, arbitrator, or representative and does not provide legal, tax, actuarial, financial, or other licensed professional advice. It does not interpret a notice, determine withdrawal or liability, calculate dates or amounts, screen exemptions or challenges, recommend action, draft, file, contact a plan, commence arbitration, or represent any party. Retained ERISA counsel and a qualified pension actuary must make all matter-specific judgments, and a named human must review and release every handoff. Do not submit notices, plan records, employer data, financial or personal information, credentials, dates, amounts, or other matter content through this public site.

Illustrations and proof

Dashboard figures, record identifiers, queues, timelines, and interface states on this site are fictional workflow specimens. They are not client evidence, processed-volume evidence, a live tenant, or a verified outcome.

Pricing and results

Each published price applies only to the scope stated on the service page; added programs, records, or integrations require a separate written scope. No revenue recovery, time saving, compliance, funding, approval, or other result is guaranteed.

Sources and currency

Material public claims use a dated source register. Program rules, external references, and operating requirements are rechecked for currency before they are used in an engagement decision.

Specialists and professional review

No named specialist, credential, license, client relationship, testimonial, endorsement, or partner status is claimed unless independently verified, permissioned, scoped, and recorded. Licensed questions route to the client's qualified professionals.

Commercial relationships

WithdrawalGuard currently publishes no sponsorship, affiliate compensation, or paid endorsement. Any future material relationship affecting a recommendation must be disclosed beside the affected content.
