  3. Missing, stale, conflicting, unverified, prohibited, and out-of-scope items remain visible.
  4. No notice interpretation, withdrawal or liability determination, date or amount calculation, challenge screening, recommendation, drafting, filing, plan contact, arbitration, or representation appears.

Professional and human release

  1. Separately retained ERISA counsel reviewed legal questions outside the administrative system.
  2. A qualified pension actuary reviewed actuarial questions outside the administrative system.
  3. The named release owner approved the exact candidate and is distinct from incompatible authoring roles.
  4. Exact bytes, version, timestamp, source hashes, limitations, distribution, retention, correction, supersession, and withdrawal controls are retained.
