Use this for fit—not records.
A good first message tells us the operating problem without exposing student or financial data. We will use it to decide whether a bounded scope conversation makes sense.
- Identify your organization and authorized role.
- Select the school-size and program boundary.
- Name the broken handoff: roster, invoice, approval, payment, deposit or close.
- State the desired period and any non-sensitive deadline.
- Keep all student names, IDs, files, account data and credentials out.
What happens next: the operator reviews fit and proposes a scope conversation. No client relationship, secure workspace, service start or result is created by sending an inquiry.

Service boundary: ChoiceCollect is not a law firm. It supports scholarship revenue-cycle documentation and processing. It does not decide eligibility or entitlement and does not provide legal, tax, financial, audit, or other licensed advice. Licensed or specialist-dependent questions must be routed to a verified qualified specialist retained by the school. A qualified human must review and release every client deliverable. Do not send student records, credentials or other sensitive material through this public website.
