Who is ChoiceCollect for?
Private schools and microschools that receive scholarship-funded tuition and need a disciplined operating view across roster, award, invoice, approval, payment and deposit states.
What exactly do we receive?
The accepted scope determines the cadence, but the release package always identifies the school, programs, period, version, sources, record-level findings, calculations, exceptions, limitations, next actions, reviewer and correction path. Accessible and structured exports are required.
Does ChoiceCollect decide eligibility or entitlement?
No. The school and its qualified professionals retain those decisions. ChoiceCollect may organize declared evidence and route a question, but it does not replace legal, tax, audit, financial or program-authority judgment.
Can we upload records on this website?
No. This public website is not a secure upload channel. Do not submit student records, family financial information, account data, credentials or confidential files. A secure workspace may be issued only after the exact environment and access roles are configured and tested.
What happens when records disagree?
The disagreement stays visible with both sources, a named owner, deadline, next action and release block. ChoiceCollect does not silently choose a favorable value or present an unresolved state as verified.
How quickly does service begin?
A target start date is confirmed only after fit, scope, price, authority, minimum-necessary intake, reviewer roles and secure workspace readiness are accepted in writing. Public inquiry alone does not activate service.
Are the prices ranges or estimates?
No. The public rate card uses fixed prices for the stated boundaries: $595, $1,495 or $2,995 per month, or $3,500 for the bounded recovery review, plus the listed onboarding fee where applicable. Work outside a boundary requires a separate written scope.
Does ChoiceCollect take a percentage of recovered funds?
No. ChoiceCollect does not take a percentage of scholarship awards or recovered funds.
Is SuiteDash or another client portal already configured?
This public site does not claim a production-configured workspace for this business. If an engagement is accepted, the exact tenant, roles, forms, files, messages, approvals, billing and release path must be configured and tested before use.
Who releases the final work?
A qualified human with verified identity, relevant scope and documented authority. Where licensed or reserved judgment is needed, the school’s qualified professional owns that decision.
How are corrections handled?
The challenged version is preserved. The operator checks the source and authority, records the disposition and rationale, issues a versioned correction when appropriate and retains both versions in the audit history.
What should our first message contain?
Your organization, role, school type, approximate enrolled scholarship-student band, programs involved, the part of the cycle that is breaking and a desired start period—without names, IDs, files or other sensitive records.
